Delivery, Returns and Refunds



Please note that Government Covid 19 guidelines and international brexit protocol is being followed. We are making every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, however it may take a little longer for your order to get to you.

All delivery to the UK starts from £2.99 and goes up to £3.99. All orders are sent with tracking with the aim to deliver in 2 - 4 days. Delivery is free for carts over £25.

Express - £5.99 aim to deliver in 1 - 2 days. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

Outside of UK

If you wish to order from outside the UK contact us at with your order requirements and we will get you the best shipping rate possible.

Customs charges for order outside of the UK may be applicable to local customs charges and your local customs may get in touch to collect these taxes. We can't take responsibility for custom fee charges if applicable to your order. Please check if these charges apply before placing your order. Any orders returned with taxes unpaid, the taxes will be deducted from the order balance before any refund is processed.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy lasts 15 days from delivery. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging, in the same condition that it was received. After receiving your returned item it will be inspected and if found to be used/not in original packaging your refund will be rejected.

All Return shipping is at buyers expense. We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are damaged in the post, You must ensure that your items are packaged securely and obtain proof of posting. We recommend you send it via a tracked service.

Include in the return package:

    1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in the original condition.

    2. A note with your order number , clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

To initiate a return please contact us on with the subject Returns and your order number.

We will respond to any emails within 48 hours.


All items are tested before dispatch and packaged securely. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us on within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) with the subject Faulty/damaged and your order number. You are required to attach images of the damage/faulty item(s). If the items got damaged in transit we will do everything we can to rectify the problem with our courier, offering either a refund or exchange.
